New Policies and Protocol during the COVID 19 Pandemic

We are so excited to welcome all of our clients back to STEAM Beauty & Wellness Spa and want to ensure everyone's safety.

 

Due to the COVID 19 outbreak we are taking extra precautions with the intake of each client health history review, as well as increased sanitation and disinfecting practices. We are taking the needed and recommended measures to ensure the safety of both ourselves and our clients.

 

All clients are required to review our new safety policies, protocols and complete our COVID 19 Release Form PRIOR to entering STEAM Beauty & Wellness Spa. 

 

Based on the US Center for Disease Control Guidelines, service providers, are encouraged to screen all clients for signs of respiratory illness accompanied by fever.

 

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

*Fever

*Chills/Shakes

*Difficulty Breathing

*Dry Cough

*Sore Throat

*Sneezing

*Skin rashes

 

The COVID-19 Release Form must be reviewed and signed prior to coming in for your appointment. If you are under 18 a parent/guardian must sign for you.

 

We will only book clients on an “by appointment ONLY” basis. No walk in appointments until further notice.

 

Please DO NOT enter the spa until your exact appointment time.  The front door will be locked until your technician is ready for your appointment.  You may wait in our holding area (at Front Entrance) or wait in your car until your appointment time.  

 

We are also NOT allowing clients to bring "guests" or “children” to sit in the lobby during their appointment.

 

All clients MUST WEAR MASK during the entire visit unless removal instructed. 

 

Our technicians & therapists will be wearing the appropriate (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment (Masks, Gloves, Shields) during all services performed at STEAM Beauty & Wellness Spa. 

 

Service Durations have been extended to ensure the proper time for sanitization and sterilization.

Please be aware of the following guest protocols: 

 

  • You will need to immediately wash your hands for at least 20 seconds upon entry into the building 

  • Not to shake hands with, touch or hug others in passing during your time in the building 

  • Not congregate in any space within the spa

  • Your temperature will be taken prior to your service

  • Keep 6 Feet Distance from any guest passing

 

 

 

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2020

Please be aware of the follow new price & policy changes:

 

$5.00 COVID Convenience Fee will be added to each service to cover the cost/time of sanitization, sterilization and supplies.  

 

Service price will change on select services effective July 1, 2020.  Please see our service section for pricing and updates.

 

All Discount programs will be suspended until further notice.  Please check back for our membership opportunities. 

 

Appointment Deposits/Prepayment will be required to reserve all bookings.  Following your next booking…you will receive an invoice with payment instructions. 

 

TouchLess & CashLess Payment Options - To reduce the transfer of bacterial we will move a to cash less and touch less point of sale.  You may pay your balance/gratuities via invoice or Cash App ($SteamSpa) or Apple Pay.

SPA Parties will be limited to 4 - 8 Guests (Please submit a Host A Party form to request more information!)
