POST TREATMENT HOME CARE PERSCRIPTIVE: for Pigment Balancing
After receiving a customized DMK Enzyme Facial Treatment, it's essential to follow specific post-treatment care instructions to maximize the benefits and maintain your skin's health.
Your DMK Skin Revision Treatment Kit provides a 20 - 30 day supply of DMK Skin Care Home Precriptives. The Pigment Balancing Kit addresses passive and inflammatory pigmentation with this selection of innovation products that rapidly reduce inflammation and suppress melanin production over time.
MORNING ROUTINE ✨☀️
Step 1: Cleanse with Deep Pore Pure Facial Cleanser 🌿
Wet your face with lukewarm water. Apply a small amount of Deep Pore Cleanser to your fingertips and gently massage it onto your face and neck in circular motions working up and out. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat your face dry. You can use morning and night without stripping the skin.
Step 2: Melanotech Drops
These should typically be applied first to clean, dry skin. Tey are designed to address pigment concerns, so you want them to be in direct contact with your skin. Apply a small amount directly to the areas where you have pigmentation concerns.
Step 3: Water Based Serums 💦 (NOT included in Pigment Kit, Available for purchase a la carte)
Deliver targeted nutrients and antioxidants to your skin with a lightweight serum. Choose one that addresses your specific concerns, whether it's hydration, brightening, nourishing, soothing or firming. Layer multiple serums for deeper penetration.
First Serum: 💧Beta Gel by DMK (NOT included in Pigment Kit, Available for purchase a la carte)
Beta Gel is known for its soothing and hydrating properties, making it an excellent choice for calming sensitive or irritated skin.
After allowing Melanotech Drops to absorb (usually after a minute or two) Apply Beta Gel as your first serum layer. This will help soothe and hydrate your skin. Apply a few drops and gently press it into your skin, focusing on face and neck. Allow serum to absorb before applying the next serum.
Second Serum: 💧💧 Direct Delivery Vitamin C Antioxicedent Serum (NOT included in Pigment Kit)
Direct Delivery C Serum contains a high concentration of vitamin C, which is known for its brightening, antioxidant, and anti-aging properties. It helps improve skin texture, reduce hyperpigmentation, and promote collagen production.
Apply a few drops and gently press it into your skin, focusing on face and neck.
Also consider starting with Super Serum by DMK which is a combination of Direct Delivery Vitamin C and Beta Gel. Keep in mind these two products serve different purposes and have different formulations. Mixed together may reduce their effectiveness at targeting your specific skin concerns.
Ultimately, the choice between DMK Super Serum, Beta Gel, and Direct Delivery C Serum depends on your skincare goals and budget. Layering Beta Gel and Direct Delivery C Serum separately will be more beneficial and provided faster results.
Step 4: Moisturize 🔒 with Herb & Mineral Mist & Seba E Hydrating Oil (Oil Based Serum) Lock in water based serum hydration and nutrition with the power of Herb & Minerals and Seba E.
Seba-E and Herb & Mineral Mist work to mimic the skins acid mantle by supporting the natural lipid barrier, maintaining hydration, and helping to balance the skin's pH. Seba E is a specialized oil based serum designed to help balance oil production and moisturize the skin without clogging pores. Herb & Mineral Mist is designed micic your natural sweat glands to hydrate and soothe the skin. A well-hydrated skin barrier is essential for the acid mantle's proper function. First Spray Herb & Mineral Mist onto your face and neck. Hold the bottle about 6-8 inches away and mist evenly. Avoid spraying directly into your eyes. While your face is still damp (the dampness well help hydrating oil penetrate more effectively) dispense a small about of Seba E Oil onto your fingertips. Gently massage Seba E into your skin using upward and outward motions. Focus on areas where you may have excess oil or require additional hydration. Allow Seba E to absorb fully before proceeding to SPF step. For asian and darker skin tones; we recommend leveling up to Herbal Pigment Oil once your Seba E supply is depleted. Herbal Pigment Oil can improve scars, moisturize lips, be massaged into nail cuticles at night and can reduce the appearance dark under eye circles when mixed with Direct Delivery C Serum around the eyes.

Step 5: 🛡️☀️ SPF Protection with DMK Sunscreen SPF 30 (NOT included in Pigment Kit)
Sunscreen is crucial for protecting your skin from harmful effects of UV radiation, sunburn, premature aging and skin cancer. Especially following a DMK Enzyme Therapy Treatment.
Dispense an adequate amount of DMK Sunscreen SPF 30 onto your fingertips. You'll want enough to cover your entire face, neck, and exposed areas (ears, eyelids, jawline) Dot the suncreeen evenly onto your forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and neck. Spread gently and evenly across the face and neck using upward and outward motions. Apply carefully around the eye contours without getting it into your eyes.
Apply sunscreen daily, even on cloudy days. Remember, Sunscreens effectiveness diminishes over time, especially with sun exposure and activities like swimming or sweating. It's essential to carry sunscreen with you on the go and repply sunscreen at least every two hours when exposed to sunlight and UV rays.
Step 6: EFA+ Supplement (NOT included in Pigment Kit)
EFA+ Supplments are designed to provide the body with esential fatty acids that can offer several benefits for overall health and skin health. Some potential benefits of EFA supplements include: skin hydration helping to mantain the skin's natural barrier function. Skin elasticity supporting collagen production. Using deeper more penetrating active ingredients at night can leverage this natural process and maximize their effectiveness.

Step 5: Finish evening routine with Creme Citrique Balancing Cream
Cream Citrique can be used to hydrate and nourish the skin.
Take a small amount of Creame Citrique to your fingertips. A little goes a long way so you don't need a large amount. Spray a little Herb & Mineral Mist on your fingertips to help glide cream evenly across the skin. Gently massage the cream into your skin using upward and outward motions. Allow cream to absorb fully into your skin. It's essential to give it time to work its hydrating and balancing magic.
NOTES:
Take your time building your skin care supply. Skin care doesn't have to be overly complicated or expensive. This starter kit will help you learn the basic fundamental steps of treating the skin. Your DMK Skin Revision Specialist will help you build from this baseline at your pace and budget. We recommend purchasing the full size products for longevity and consistency. Keep in mind, you will deplete your skin care supply at different times so replenishing products will not occur all at once. Plan to replenish (1-2) products per month during your monthly maintenance visit.
Remember, the condition of the skin is ever changing therefore your home care percriptives will change over time as well. Your DMK Skin Revision Specialist will make new product recommendation and introduce new protocols as your skin condition improves and new goals are set.
Remember, skincare results can vary person to person, so be patient and give the product time to work. It may take several weeks to see noticeable results from a new routine. Consistency is KEY. Execute your Morning & Evening Regime every day to achieve best results.
